I agree that the alcoholism and depression goes hand in hand. Perhaps she drank to make the depression go away... And for those people saying horrible, hateful things and cracking jokes about her, her addictions, and whatever she's going through: You really need to stop. How would you feel if someone said such things about your sister/daughter/cousin/aunt/mother? Or about you? Depression could hit anyone, even some of the people commenting on this thread so stop with the hate already!
