Honoree Jennifer Connolly and Hero Kristen Bell both wore short, beaded dresses to the Elle Magazine Women in Hollywood event at the Four Seasons Monday night. But while Kristen goes for a more monotone look (even her hair matches the gold gown and shoes), Jennifer paired thick black sandals with her white mini-dress. Which look worked best?

Jennifer looks like one of the guests on one of those Maury Povich shows - "Guy or Gal, Who Can Tell". My guess - it's a dude! Look at the face, look at the calves, look at the ankles, look at the feet...it's a dude!
