First of all, let me point out how HOT Kristin Cavallari looks here - from the mile high shoes to the perfectly styled hair, she totally looks the part of a Hollywood b*tch!

So how about her acting on The Hills? If these pictures are any indication of what we're going to be seeing on an upcoming episode, it looks like Kristin might be trying just a little bit too hard...

It seems like every time we snap Kristin Cavallari, she's spoiling herself at some sort of lux retailer, and yesterday was no exception, as we caught her leaving Trina Turk in WeHo.

So what's Kristin have to say about her spending habits? I guess when you're making hundreds of thousands of dollars for your role on the Hills, you might as well blow some of it on new clothes to fit your suddenly slim figure!

On Tuesday and Wednesday we caught Kristin Cavallari leaving the gym in Brentwood, and the Hills honey was looking incredibly svelte. I guess that tends to happen when you hit the treadmill on a daily basis, but we're kinda wondering what happened to her!

Doesn't it seem like there's a lot less Kristen than there used to be?

Yesterday afternoon Kristin Cavallari and a gal pal got their nails done in Beverly Hills, and even though we're approaching Thanksgiving, Kristin's still wearing her summery, belly-baring outfits. But hey, when you look this fabulous in them, why not?

X17 photogs spotted The Hills starlet at Neil George Salon yesterday afternoon (and out shopping for shoes on Robertson later), and we asked Kristin Cavallari is anyone called her Kristin "Calamari" in high school. She laughed and said a friend of hers actually does call her that!

See, LC never would've acted so cool to that comment. Team Kristin!

And when we asked "how come you don't have a boyfriend," she said "because I don't want one."

Right on!

Slow down, K! The Hills starlet was in such a hurry to leave the salon that she forgot to make 'em dry her hair. Whoops! At least she looks gorge, wet or dry.

Unfortch, Kristin probably wasn't too happy to find out she got a parking ticket. Talk about a bad day!

And by showing some skin, I mean showing her bra ... and this isn't the first time she's done it either!

While the outfit is a little bit too see through for my taste, you can't deny how hot the Hills starlet looks in it, right? Or should she cover up a little bit more? After all, it is November!

I love Hills hottie Kristin Cavallari - I always thought she had 100 times the personality that Lauren Conrad did, and she ALWAYS smiles for photographers when she's out and about.

Yesterday we caught Kristin shopping with some pals at Planet Blue in Malibu, and after a successful retail therapy sesh, Kristin was in a fabulous mood. But what was she doing here - hailing a cab? The Hills girls don't have to take taxis?! Spend that reality TV money honey!

Thank God Kristin Cavallari is on The Hills this season - otherwise, we probably wouldn't even watch the show! I'd rather just hang out with LC and Lo Bosworth and make fun of Heidi and Spencer.

Yesterday Kristin Cavallari went shopping at Arcade on Melrose, and the Hills honey looked oh so fabulous in this casual yet chic outfit. Maybe it's her bubbly personality or those luscious locks (look out Jennifer Aniston!), but we can't think of anyone else who makes a plaid button down look this sexy.

We caught Kristin Cavallari and some pals lunching in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon, and when asked about co-star Stephanie Pratt's DUI, Kristin informed us that it was the first she had heard about it! Kristin added that she didn't hang out with Stephanie all that often, so she couldn't comment about her love for booze, but we definitely have the pix to prove it!

K. Cav keeps her Hills in shape with frequent visits to the gym.

Hey, if I were getting paid over a hundred grand an ep to just act bitchy, I'd work my ass off, too!

The Hills vixen ran errands yesterday, stopping by the cleaners and grabbing coffee. Note to Kristin: Wearing leather in the rain is a baaaaad idea!

Last night Kristin Cavallari headed to Philippe's restaurant in Los Angeles, and the Hills honey totally caught our attention in this see through pantsuit. Lauren's replacement joined a large group of friends, and a source tells X17online exclusively, "Kristin and her pals were seated at a table on the back patio, and she was drinking martini cocktails during dinner. She appeared to be in a great mood, and she left around midnight for XIV."

Live it up while you can!

Technically, being on speaker phone is a "hands-free" option, but using your hand to bring the cell to your mouth kind of negates that!

Kristin Cavallari probably figures being young, hot, blonde and marginally famous means she can charm her way out of any ticket. But, in those cutoffs and stillettos, what she should really worry about is being cited for being obscenely hot!

It's tough to pull off the spandex workout pants that have the seam up the front without looking like you're wearing a ninja boot, but somehow Kristin still manages to look fresh and gorge.

Speaking of fresh, I cannot WAIT to see what kind of trouble Kristin stirs up on the new episode of The Hills tonight!
