Sunday was another sunny, gorgeous day in LA, perfect for hosting a little Mother's Day family get together! But while the setting was idyllic, Kurt Russell's behavior was anything but!

While out playing on the beach in front of Goldie's house with his grandson (with daughter Kate watching from a bluff above), Kurt Russell hulked out and confronted a pap on the beach, almost starting a shoving match!

I'd hate to see what he'd do if it were Father's Day!

A couple, actually.

Goldie's other half was spotted carrying two six packs back to his cabin in Aspen. A coupla brews, a nice fire inside while the snow falls outside with the GILF by your side...what better way is there to spend the holiday?

Last night Kate Hudson threw a huge Halloween party, one week ahead of the actual holiday.

The guest list reads like a who's who of the A-List, with Cindy Crawford pulling off a pretty good, albeit too pretty Amy Winehouse, Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer as a white trash couple, and Leo in a mask (sooo creative, right?).

Sasha Baron Cohen was udderly adorable as a cow, Courteney Cox looked hot as a witch, David Arquette matched his wife as a wizard, Kate's dad Kurt Russell dressed as a pilot (doncha just love a man in uniform?) Jason Statham went as Zorro, and Anthony Kiedis, Kate's brother Oliver Hudson and many many more came in costume.

Wonder what Kate dressed up as? A Tour de France cyclist is probably out of the question, right?

A little skiing, a little shopping, a little coffee talk, it's nice to see that Kate (who gave her son her step-dad's name) continues to have a close relationship with Kurt!

Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn weren't thrilled to see the paps spot them yesterday afternoon after some holiday shopping - but that didn't stop them from being as polite as ever!

The long-time lovers generously graced our photogs with some quick conversation as they left a local sporting goods store after some holiday shopping yesterday afternoon.

Unfortunately, they wouldn't confirm whether Kate and Ryder would be stopping by for Christmas dinner. The sled Kurt bought inside the store, however, may have tipped his hand!

With Kate Hudson busy planning her Halloween party, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell decided to take Ryder off her hands for the afternoon - and put him on Kurt's shoulders! The superstar grandparents took their grandson out for icecream yesterday before giving her a lift back to the car. It's just too bad the tyke wasn't in a good mood - try as we might, he was looking and acting so cute that we couldn't look away!

A coupla chairs, an umbrella, a nice glass of red - what more could grandparents Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell handle?

Goldie Hawn sure did - the actress' bike popped a flat while she and Kurt were out on a ride together. Luckily for her, Kurt was up for some vigorous pumping, and the happy couple were soon on their way. What a gentlemanly move on Kurt's part - and we're not just trying to inflate his ego, either!

It's so nice to see a couple still happy after almost 25 years together! Maybe it's that they never got married, maybe it's the matching cowboy hats, but these two looked very much in love whenever we caught them out and about together in Aspen.
