LJ--I hadn't thought of it that way before, but you are absolutely right--Dannieyn is "worth" more to Larry as a "potential" ineritor of the Marhshall fortune than she is when she loses the suit.

I think even Larry knows that the chances are slim of him collecting any significant amount of money on behalf of dannielynn. That's why he's milking it now for as much and as long as he can. If you think his sale of "exclusive coverage" has been shameless so far, wait until the litigation commences and he realizes what he's up against. That is when his he'll realize the ride is coming to an end and he'll really try and get his last shots in.
