Lily is ok, but I agree, she is overrated. I live in London too, *big deal*. She was snubbed at the Brit awards and got into a supposed argument with Amy winehouse because Amy won instead of her. She's insulted people in her field (as in musicians and so on) and is not very liked by the media here (check out 3am), so I dont understand why everyone is doing backward flips and cartwheels over her. This obviously shows that Britain doesn't know talent if it slapped them in the face. Could you imagine if half of American singers/ actors lived in the UK? they'll be building shrines and statues for them, especially considering the praise they give to people like Lily. Just to finish, the only girl with talent from the UK is Charlotte Church.

It does NOT make her a brat for having an opinion,, or does it? i always thought being a brat was someone that copped a strop when they didnt get their own way.. Who cares about the whole Amy Winehouse thing? im actually sick of reading it to be honest. It sells papers, it does the job. Doesnt mean its true!

God... For some Americans out there, perhaps it's time that you looked beyond your two coasts and northern/southern borders for your pop culture. Sure, there are heaps of great American artists (God knows the world has been bombarded with them for the last half-century- I'm Australian, by the way), but just because someone is NOT American does NOT mean that they are talentless and not worth consideration. For these closed-minded imbeciles (I realise it's not all of you, incidentally), I suggest you start with "Alright, Still". It's a good album, and I doubt anything by Paris Hilton would stand up to it when it somes to musical merit. Seriously, check Lily out. She's good. OPEN YOUR MINDS, PEOPLE!
