Aww, we're sure there were a few things Lindsay Lohan wanted for her birthday, but a reunion with Sam was definitely number one on the list! Though the celesbians have been on good terms lately, Sam didn't accompany Lindsay to Vegas over the weekend, and she didn't go out with her on Wednesday night, so we were wondering what was going on between the two!

The ladies grabbed dinner at Cecconi's last night, and afterwards they headed to Villa to continue partying it up. Prior to heading out, Lindsay and Sam were tweeting all sorts of sweet, lovey dovey things back and forth, so we got the feeling Lindsay's special day would be memorable...we're just amazed it was so drama free!

Afterwards Linds spent the night at Sam's, and we're guessing she got another present of sorts...

Of course, it's probably just that top. I actually love that she's not wearing something black or drab!

Why else might LiLo have the blues? For one thing, her on-and-off girlfriend didn't join her for any birthday celebrations! Not in Vegas last weekend or out in LA last night... wonder why? Does this mean they're currently "off" or was Sam just too busy?

Maybe she's just not that into Lindsay anymore!

The day before her birthday, Lindsay Lohan stopped by Roseark and Maxfield to indulge in a little pre-birthday spending, and the starlet was in such a good mood, she flashed photogs the peace sign! Awww, Lilo!

Lindsay Lohan started off her birthday celebration at Nobu, and she later headed to Bardot with a carful of pals to continue partying it up. When Linds stepped out of the club, she looked sober, but she was definitely giving us some major b*tchface!

Photogs sang happy birthday to Linds, and once she got inside her car, we saw her crack a smile, so it looks like it was a good night after all!

Can you believe she's turning 23 today? In less than a quarter of a century, Lindsay has done more things than most of us will ever do in a lifetime. Whether it's dating a girl, crashing her Benz, racking up multiple DUIs or getting pelted with flour, the starlet sure knows how to stay in the spotlight!

Does she really need to go there as much as she does? You're pretty enough as is, Linds! Nonetheless, LiLo headed to the hair salon yesterday afternoon to get beautified before going out... but did it actually help?

I think La Lohan needs to put down her bottle of bronzer and celebrate her actual b-day tomorrow by reading a script! Remember that whole acting thing you were doing for a while? Yeah, let's get back to that pronto!

Lindsay Lohan sure puts the tan in Dan Tana's! We snapped the bronzer addict at the West Hollywood eatery last night, and in addition to looking like she had applied waaaaay too much Sevin Nyne, the soon to be 23-year-old starlet looked like she had a major case of PMS!

According to sources for the NY Post, Lindsay Lohan was paid a whopping $70,000 by the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to host a pre-birthday celebration at the hotel's Wet Republic pool last weekend. That's not too shabby, right?

Well, those close to the actress tell the Post that the event was less of a celebration and more of a desperate attempt to pull in some extra cash! One insider said, "None of her really close friends were there. The only person who was even known was Brittny Gastineau." Yikes! What happened to being an A-list, in demand superstar? Oh...right.

Insiders report that the always erratic indecisive Linds changed into five different bathing suits during the course of the day, and while she didn't drink at the party, she was overheard complaining about the bad publicity surrounding the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry that went missing from that recent Elle magazine photo shoot. Sounds just about right...

After partying her skinny little butt off in Las Vegas over the weekend, Lindsay Lohan arrived back in LA on Sunday afternoon, with a drink in one hand and a ciggie in the other. Linds was accompanied by her siblings Michael and Ali, as well as her BFF Patrick, and we're guessing everyone had a blast, but it looks like the birthday girl isn't ready to set her cocktail down just yet. Hey, her big day isn't until Thursday, so she's got plenty of time to pre-party, right?

Of course, that's just coke in the plastic cup, right?

Let's hope it was a sober birthday party, at least!

But she wasn't only celebrating her upcoming 23rd - LiLo's actual b-day is July 2nd - at Wet Republic in Las Vegas, it was also a Sevin Nyne launch event! Such a multi-tasker, that Linds.

I'm sure she just texted Samantha the whole time, but still! That cake looks de-lish... even if Lindsay only had a bite of it. Her bod is def bangin' though! And the colored contacts are still so fetch.

Did she succeed?

It seems to follow her wherever she goes, so it's no surprise that it followed her to the airport this morning!

Lindsay left her house with a few friends (including brother Michael) and headed to the Van Nuys airport to board a private plane.

But no sooner had Lindsay walked up the steps to the cabin did she come right back down, having a heated discussion with someone on her cell phone. Samantha perhaps?

Lindsay's kicking off her birthday (which isn't until July 2nd) with a pool party this afternoon in Vegas and we can only imagine she'd want to celebrate with Sam, who's supposed to be spinning in Atlanta early this evening.

But whatever the problem, Lindsay appeared to have solved it, because she finished her convo and jumped back on the plane, and we're sure she's already poolside at Wet Republic enjoying her party!

Shopping at Diesel, drinking Sprite and gabbing on the phone all at once, Lindsay proved that she could multi-task with the best of them yesterday.

Showing no sign of the sadness she tweeted about for MJ's untimely passing, we couldn't help but think she may have been using it as an excuse to re-connect with Samantha...although a little retail therapy always puts us in a good mood!

And although Lilo may have returned to some of her old habits, there's at least one way in which she's learned from her past mistakes:

Lindsay Lohan is addicted to shopping, hitting the clubs, smoking and tweeting (among other things), so why not add colored contacts to her long list?

The starlet hit Bar Delux last night, and when we caught her leaving the club, we were mesmerized by her bright blue eyes! And then we noticed that she wasn't wearing a bra...

GROSS! Sorry Lilo, but your boobs look like they belong on a senior citizen!

...what kinds of powers would she have? Would she be able to send the paparazzi flying across the street with a flick of her bony finger, or would she be able to poof and disappear into a thick cloud of white fairy dust?

I realize that sounds kinda stupid, but when I first saw this shot of Lindsay in her white boots and cape tunic, superhero was definitely the first thought that came to mind, so I'm sticking to it.

So...would she be more of a snow queen, or would she be some sort of angelic goddess type?

Girlfriend paid a trip to The Americana at Brand in Glendale for a little retail therapy yesterday, which is fine I guess, but what she really needs to do is stop spending money, stay in one night for a change and focus on getting more acting roles! Think she's excited for her b-day/Vegas trip? Probably. But who thinks she should celebrate the big 2-3 not in the city of sin?

Everyone's favorite girl-girl couple is back together. Today, at least.

So does that mean that Samantha Ronson will be accompanying Lindsay Lohan to Vegas for her 23rd birthday bash? LiLo will be in Sin City this Saturday (June 27th, the weekend before her actual b-day) at MGM Grand's Wet Republic for a Sevin Nyne slash birthday celebration! Hmm, I wonder if Sam will want to be by her side...

After all, their last Vegas trip together got pretty messy!
