Lindsay's offenses were much more serious and it does seem very unfair that Paris had to spend 3 weeks in jail.
Not that I care much for either one but come on, there should be some sanity in the CA system.

What reallty pisses me off is the same judge being so lenient with Kiefer Southerland but trying to make an example out of Paris.

This is Kiefer's FIFTH Offense and his blood alcohol level was through the roof. So this asshole judge allows him to work around his TV show and gives him only 45 days.

Well I don't like her but I do think she looks good. She's thin I mean she can't get much thinner than this or she won't look good. She has to have wieght on her.
She can't carry the "Paris" thin body. It just won't work for her...but she looks good. I'd shop for better clothes, and I change my hair back to red if I were her but that's about it.
I do think that if you do the crime you should do the time no matter who you are. It dosen't work that way though.

Lindsay isnt even close to being her natural weight. She is really a chunkie girl, which obviously led to the drug use. If she stays clean, she will be 30-50 pounds heavier within a year.
