A couple of months ago, Ungaro decided to radically change their brand philosophy. Esteban Cortazar decided that the new project didn't fit with his philosophy, and he left the brand.

One of the changes Ungaro made was to hire Lindsay Lohan as their artistic consultant. Lindsay will work in collaboration with Estrella Archs, the brand's new designer, to create the new Ungaro collections and campaigns.

Though Lindsay appears in these promotional photos, she has signed a contract agreeing NEVER TO APPEAR IN THE BRAND’S CAMPAIGNS. She will appear, however, at all of their trunk shows and events.

As Lindsay says herself, her job will be to supervise all of Archs's work - being of a different generation, she will bring her ideas and a new perspective to the Ungaro look.
