Happy Birthday, Linds!

In case you didn't know, Hollywood's favorite rehabilitated star, Lindsay Lohan, turns 21 today... and that means she is legally allowed to do anything! (Well, pretty much anything.) Our photogs spotted her out and about this weekend at Taverna Tony's in Malibu, shopping at Planet Blue Boutique and, most interestingly, being escorted out of the Chateau Marmont hotel late at night. Hmm, let's hope La Lohan stays clean and sober on her b-day!



Or, at the very least, keeps her shenanigans out of the spotlight.

Now that she's 21 the "naughty school girl" image has ended a la Britney. Now that she is totally legal interest in her will fade.

She can come back though... when she stops lying to herself and to others.

Au contraire, X17. Turning 21 does not meant that someone "is legally allowed to do anything." There are still laws against driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.
And, just because Lohan is now an adult, she was a minor for DUI purposes when she crashed her car -- which means that the legal limit is 0% BAC.
