She may have gone off on photogs for daring to suggest that her underage sister had gone under the knife, but has Lilo gotten a little work done recently herself?
Lindsay, who's no stranger to cosmetic enhancements (in fact, rumor has it that she got implants herself before she turned 18), showed up with girlfriend Samantha Ronson at the new Apple Lounge in West Hollywood last night looking plumper than usual -- and we're not talking about her weight!
