Lindsay got a new tattoo on late last night on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood - and X17 was there to bring you the exclusive video! She was clearly showing off the new tat on the back of her neck to friends (including Pete Wentz & his crew) but then denied it when we asked her about it later!
