Lindsay Lohan Being Sued!
According to E!, David Kim, the man who claims to be Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard is suing the starlet to the tune of $55,000!
Kim was apparently hired by Linds back in 2006, but resigned in 2007, after Linds apparently refused to cough up overdue payments.
Kim's apparently suing Linds for breach of contract, violation of labor laws, fraud and emotional distress.
Emotional distress??? Did she make him watch Herbie on a loop or something?
