I am a friend of the "enraged parent" you have posted video of, without his permission, and I also witnessed the reckless driving by the swarm of paparazzi in a school zone yesterday. I have advised my friend to not only seek legal counsel regarding the unlawful posting of this video, but also so that the drivers who put children's lives in danger by running three stop signs in s school zone can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I was in front of the nearby hair salon and had a great view of the whole thing. Gotta say, that kid's dad barely touched the little dude with the camera. I like the guy's comment about being in India. It really is starting to feel that way. These paps post videos of themselves breaking the law, day after day, and no one does anything about it.

x17 and its employees should be more careful. Photographing and recording an individual without his or her permission is unlawful. The numerous driving laws broken while pursuing Ms. Lohan through a school zone are very serious, and the person or persons who had that little boy with them taking the photos are liable for putting a minor in a dangerous situation in the first place (never mind how many other bystanders they place in jeopardy). The only thing the upset father of the little girl can be found guilty of is poor judgment for getting out of his car in the first place to berate the already law breaking photographers. As a business, x17 should know better and ought to train its people more efficiently.
