Casablanca records has terminated their professional relationship with lindsay. They have told her to stop recording her new album that she has been working on for 16 months because they think that it is pointless for them to continue with it when they know it is going to fail. She is now looking for work but the problem is that casting directors will not take her seriously in holywood. Lindsay is now so desperate for work that she is working for free. Ungaro is not paying her anything for her role as a fashion consultant and all she is getting from them is free clothes. Lindsay's people are begging ungaro to give her some money because she needs it badly and she even had to beg someone to give her some money so that she could pay for her flight to paris for the show along with paying for her hotel room. Lindsay is so paranoid right now that she believes that everyone is out to get her. She does not trust anyone who is part of her circle and is now turning against everyone in her life including her mother dina who she believes is exploiting her. She told her mother that it would be best for her career if dina did not do things that could hurt lindsay in the long run as she tries to stage a comeback but dina decided that she wanted to come out with a shoe line. All of this is happening as lindsay has gone on the record to say that she believes that ali at 15 years old "is mature enough to go to bars because ali knows when to say no." Lindsay's career is on life support right now and she needs money. She is so desperate that she would be willing to do whatever it takes to get the money that she needs because if she does not then her financial problems will lead to jail time.
