Well, I'm not surprised everyone is blaming the mother but completely ignoring that Michael Lohan's abuse probably had a big effect on Lindsay and one of the reasons she's acting out and two that Lindsay is a big girl and just refuses to listen to anyone, including her mother.

What is clear from that tape is that BOTH parents are well aware that Lindsay has problems.

Dina choses to lie about them while her father went public in order to force LL into rehab.

But Lindsay is 23 and if she insists on being a lezbo drugged out whore there is not much anyone can do, until she meets the criteria for involuntary committment to a psychiatric facility.

First, if one folows the prose carefully, this tape is edited. Dina seems to be talking about two different periods,different incidents. Don't fall into the trap of blaming the victim people! Linds is the victim of an abusive father from childhood to now. He claimed he planned to release tapes to get her to rehab. After receiving a lot of flack for his disgusting violation of Linds' privacy, he now says he released tapes to prove he's not a liar. Meanwhile,he who does not work nor support his children, by his actions is depriving his family of financial sopport by professionally destroying the breadwinner of the family.
Oh and for those of you who still thinks he has her interest at heart, why would he SELL these privately recorded conversations if all he's trying to do is get Linds to rehab? He's been shopping them around for a while now trying to sell them to the highest bidder.

Michael and Dina have a history of saying horrible things about each other in the press.
