I don't know what type of facility/rehab she has checked into but no way in hell is she gonna stay sober....this rehab goes about sobriety in all the wrong way....what a bunch of enablers...reminds me a a girl I dated a while back who had a drug problem and ended up @ cirque lodge in ut..(the one the olsen twin went to)...this girl had alot of daddy's money and had no concept of what it is like to lose everything and live out of your car,scrounging for food,money,ect...having to hobo in a target bathroom to wash up...she would often email me while at cirque...this rehab would give her everything but drugs,thanks to daddy's payment of 30,000.00 a month....well 7 months later she is out and doing what she does best,drugs...spoiled,rich little brats like her will never learn...you listening L L ?....its called changing people,places and things...I don't see you doing this...what the hell kind of rehab lets you walk around w/a blackberry?....you would be better off spending that monthly rehab payment on drugs,a coffin,and a plot at the cemetary!....you can't buy sobriety....you earn it...get a clue!

A week in rehab. G-d, what a fucking joke. A week in and the out doing shit half of that time. This poor girl will be sick for a very long time.. A very long time.

I agree with Anne. She will not get better after this "rehab" stint. She is so young and has had no guidance. Her mother more like the daughter in the relationship. She is going to end up in a bad way if she doesn't get help and soon enough she will not be hired for jobs anymore. Then it will just get worse for her. I am a mother and I find the whole situation very sad.

What do you think they do all day in rehab? It's about classes, groups, counseling, meetings.... If she's gone all day only to return at night, all this is doing is giving her 30 days of temporary abstinence. She's not really able to "work on her program" or learn about recovery.

But you really can't blame her for her little excursions at every opportunity. If she was forced to go there by her people, it definitely won't work. First you have to WANT it, then you have to earn it.

I don't think Linds needs rehab. She just likes to party - and what the hell is wrong with that? So she may get drunk a few times, but she is multi-talented and a nice person. Fame is a drug, and paparazzi are the lows (side effect) associated with taking too much of it.
