Lindsay will probably not go to jail, this is her first offense, she will probably have community service, suspended liscense, 2 years probation and a hefty fine, also they usually offer FIRST TIME OFFENDERS (unlike P hil who was already on probation and had a suspended liscense)house arrest (which they have to pay for it is something like 20 bucks a day) over jail time, if she does go to jail it will probably only be 30 days.

Lindsay isnt going to jail because shes a first time offender. My good friend got a DUI for the first time last year and all that happened was a night in jail when they towed her car, her license was suspended for 6 months but she was able to get a business license to drive to work and to the grocery store only. She was put on probation for a year but i think was able to end it after 9 months for good behavior.

The only reason Paris went to jail was because it wasnt her first offense and I feel they wanted to make an example out of her. I think you guys should stop criticizing Lindsay for one mistake because hopefully she has learned her lesson from all of this, like my friend has(she no longer drinks), and hopefully gets her life back on track because she definitely has talent and I would hate for her to just blow it all away.
