Advice from an X-smoker: Lindsay I wish you would stop smoking for your own good. It is a big turn-off. Not to mention the health complications it causes. I smoked for nearly 15 years and I am sooooooooo glad I quit. It was the best decision I ever made.

My dad died of emphysema caused from years of smoking, so I'm hardly a cheerleader when it comes to lighting up. But in Lindsay's case, whatever keeps her out of the bottle and on the straight and narrow can be construed as a positive. And she IS in rehab in Utah trying to pull it together for crying out loud. People in rehab smoke to help calm their nerves and cravings for something stronger. I'm glad she's still in rehab and didn't do the check in/check out crap that so many celebs do. Rehab isn't a hotel. Kudos to Lindsay for hanging in there and having the courage to finish what she started. She needs our good wishes; not our bad mouthing her for smoking guys. That habit can be dealt with later when she's ready...

My sister smoked almost all her adult life and now she is 49 years old and has had triple by pass surgery, etc. and a few of her teeth have since came out because of heavy smoking.
