I haven't seen what Madonna looked like after this unflattering photo was taken. She looks so tired. I know she has a manic drive and loves control over every aspect of her life but she needs to chill. The workouts, the extreem dieting, and the cosmetic surgeries. Insecurity + pappers = disaster. I do have to agree that her arms are really, really over done. That's like bodybuilding. It's just not attractive for such a petite woman. Her birthday is comming up. The big 50.
