Madonna Wins Right To Take Boys Away From Britain (And Guy)!
Although their kids previously resided in Guy's native England, Madonna has temporarily won the right to move Rocco and David to the US with her, according to the Daily Mail.
The boys will still be splitting their time between London and New York, but Madonna wanted them educated here in the states.
Apparently Guy was desperate to keep Rocco with him in Britain, but the courts refused to split the kids up (daughter Lourdes' dad lives in New York) and thus ruled in favor of Madonna.
The ruling is to be made permanent within the next few weeks.
It's great that the kids will be able to stick together, but a bit sad that the boys will be taken out of the home they've gotten used to!
