Bree Van De Kamp (otherwise known as Marcia Cross) went out shopping for a hat with her family at the Farmer's Market in Brentwood this past weekend. The Desperate Housewives star - whom I still lovingly remember as the evil Kimberly Shaw from Melrose Place - browsed for just the right one, but none of them look very colorful or appealing. I don't think Bree would approve at all!

Yeah, they all look loving and happy, etc... but where's the drama?! I'm so used to Marcia Cross' characters being embroiled in scandal, I can't take all this normalcy!
