i dont think it is fair to compare mariah to tara! Okay they both look hideous but mariah is one of the world's best selling music artists and tara reid had ONE funny movie.. ONE!! and it was ten years ago! and her part was not the funny part! So yes they both look HID... but Mariah definately deserves to be at Cannes more! And can afford to!

Mimi was in Cannes because they showed her new film, "Precious." She may be style challengled and an egomaniac, but she definitely has a reason to be there. But Tara is just there for the free booze and sex. But what the heck, Phoebe Price is there too and Quentin Tarantino interceded to get her on the red carpet.
