We found a cheerful Mario Lopez on a night out at club Spotlight in NYC.

He may not be be dancing up a storm these days, but it sure looks like he's been sweating it out at the gym - just take a look at those bulging biceps! Yum!



And he's even representing the West Coast with his shirt - gotta love that!
