First of all to say that Matthew M. is a star, is laughable, what the "surfers" did was wrong and they should be charged. They look like a bunch of loser college students trying to act all tough. Fine, photograph celebrities at events or at traditional celebrity hang outs. But when you make it so that ALL members of the public wind up being fair game to your "photos at any cost" approach, it's just not fair. And when people ask you to leave, you don't listen. I've even seen paps on PRIVATE property and as the owners/managers of that property ask the paps to leave, they simply ignore them -- ESPECIALLY if there are a group of paps vs. one land owner. They then rely on power in numbers to do whatever they want, legal or illegal, and no one is able to take control of the situtation due to being outnumbered.
