Meg Ryan seemed shocked as we snapped her picture at Madeo the other night, but come on - that's where you eat when you want your photo taken, and she's still (somewhat) famous!

If she wanted to have her picture taken, she would not have rushed to her car. I would be shocked to if paparazzi were swarming me. Not everyone is a mediaho like some celeb-wannabees
Oh Meg. The messy hair the mens pants and shoes. So you in the 80's. Get a new look honey. You just shoulda left your face they way it was though.
To me, Meg Ryan is still one of the sexiest women alive. She is FAR hotter than Britney, Paris and Lindsey, and she is twice their age. Regarding the post above about getting a new look - why? That "look" has worked very well for her. Perhaps Meg is confident enough in her appearance that she doesn't feel the need to follow silly fashion trends. She is who she is and doesn't try to be something she is not. That's sexy.
This old look isn't working anymore. What has she done lately that anyone cares about?
