Before she had a tune-up she had no upper lip, which actually looked OK for the most part. Now she has artifically pumped upper lip that looks like a horizontal sausage. IMO she should let the stuff dissapate in her upper lip and not have it redone again, would look more natural.

She looks awful! Her plumped up forehead protrudes over the top of her glasses and her lips look like they're trying to escape. She actually could be mistaken for a 60 year old in that photo. And she has Madonna arms.
