Well, I don't think race or culture has anything to do with it. and perhaps she has hyperhydrosis. It's a medical condition and there are treatments for it. One of them being Botox!! There is also clinical strength anti-perspirants etc

There was a segment on The View the other day showing something called Garment Guards that would've taken care of this issue for Ms. Carpenter.

I'm in Madrid and was at the premiere and actually it was 20ºC that night and if you add the temp of the spotlights...it was actually VERY hot.
