Charges In Michael Jackson Death May Not Be Filed Until Next Year

Although cops already have their suspect, charges may not be filed in the Michael Jackson case until 2010 due to the overwhelming amount of evidence to review.
Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal doctor, is a manslaughter suspect in the case, but the LA Times reports that there is so much complex medical evidence to review, they need the help of an outside medical expert.
Therefore the verdict on whether or not to file criminal charges is "months rather than weeks away," says a source.
Murray, the main suspect in the case, is allegedly responsible for administering the fatal does of propofol, a powerful anesthetic that Jackson was using as a sleep aid, which experts believe ultimately killed the pop-star.
This thing is going to drag on forever!
