This is absolutely tragic. Those kids need to be as far away from Encino as possible. I'd much rather know that Janet or Michael's attorney or accountant would be the executor of his will. It doesn't seem right that a Judge could over-ride a persons will. I know there could be extenuating circumstances in some cases but not here.
