I can't even believe that Joe Jackson would dare to make a play for the kids. Wasn't abusing his own children enough for him, he now has to try to abuse Michael's? If the reports are true, then I am glad Katherine and Debby are working together to force him to stay away from the children. Even if Debbie is motivated by money, it's better that they are as far away as possible form a vile child abuser!

They are being kept out of the spotlight, EXCEPT when x-17 sends helicopters over their house and takes creepy, stalker-y pictures of the kids playing on the patio. Shame on you X-17 for being so lousy and hypocritical.

This is very disturbing. First of all, the kids will still be in that Jackson environment and around all the brothers. Second, these terms are vague. Does this mean the father can't physically get near the kids, or does it mean he will have no say in decisions? That is vague and hard to prove. Manipulation is vague. The mother is going to get manipulated by the father in some way, even if it's through the brothers who will gang up on her. The brothers and the father seem to be cut from the same cloth.

Also, what if the mom dies, or gets incapacitated?

I thank God that Katherine & Debbie can come to some agreement for the kids sake. But I am jumping for joy that Joe will not be in on the raising of Micheal's children. That evil man, in my opinion, was the cause of all of Micheal problems. He was terrified of that man and he should not be allowed no were near those babies. That interview when Michael said that at times all the catfish looking Devil Joe Jackson had to to do was simply come into the room and he, Michael, would regurgitate....now that involves ALOT of fear and trauma. Then all the other instances of verbal and physical abuse (His nose, his performance, prohibiting his children from addressing him as Dad or Father but rather as "Joseph")!
We will never know the full extent of the physical and verbal abuse that Michael suffered at this mans hands. And sadly Katherine sat by and let it happen for years.
I hope this is not the future in store for these 3 children.
