Mario Lavandeira, aka Perez Hilton, won round two in his court battle with a major Hollywood photo agency yesterday, when a judge ruled that the Gossip Gangster can continue to run his website while the $7.5 million case is being decided.
The paparazzi agency wanted PerezHilton.com shut down pending the result of the lawsuit.
Last month, a judge denied Perezzle's attempt to have the case dismissed.
Hilton, who runs the popular gossip website PerezHilton.com, was sued back in December after the agency claims he ignored warnings to stop using its images without permission. Hilton is known for taking celebrity pictures and making amusingly crude drawings on them.
"The court's ruling is further validation of our client's position in this dispute," Hilton's lawyer, Bryan J. Freedman, tells TMZ, "We continue to believe that Mr. Lavandeira ultimately will prevail on the legal merits at the time of trial in this matter."
Calls to the photo agency were not immediately returned.

It's the truth, I've seen pictures of him with dark spots...
And what's your problem with his nose? Oh, come on, there are so many people who did operations...walk through Hollywood, you won't see any "natural" person. And every human is changing, also Michael Jackson. It doesen't matter what he did oder did not with his face...and I know, that he cried a lot in the past because of the fact he lost his black skin colour. And from my own experiences I can say that it's very hard to live with a skin disease.
By the way, I would let my children in his near, of course...there is no cause for alarm and I trust him completely. He's a good man, he would never do something like that. In the last years he helped thousands of children, came to hospitals and orphanages and cared about them. But only two (!) families claimed Michael molested their children. It's so stupid, and Janet Arvizo, the mother of the one boy, was found guilty of Welfare fraud some months after the process. They need and wanted to have his money - nothing more.
Michael can't be blamed, he was found innocent of all charges. Leave him alone, he hasn't done anything wrong. He is as dangerous as a lamb...
