Randy Jackson is the coolest of that family, but none of them would exist without the parents. Call them what you may, they are still mom and dad and deserve respect.

I don't think they deserve any respect, Michael may not have been the freak he was, if not for his abusive father, and his ( sit back and not protect your kids) mother. I read somewhere that Michael deliberately distanced himself from the family, because he got tired of being asked for money, and thought he had done enough..I doubt his 3 children saw much of Katherine and Joe, and thats a good thing. If it was up to Joe, he would have Michael stuffed, and put on display, so he could make some more money .I think he is a poor excuse for a father.
