The singer was snapped leaving a Beverly Hills medical building yesterday (where else?), and he seemed to be in good spirits as he waved to fans and chatted with photographers camped out on the street.

i've learnt to not always believe media you people are just absolutely cruel, making fun of a person who has given so much to ppl. i truly feel sorry for the lot of you being so heavily sedated by conservatism, that you believe every thing bad that happens about michael jackson and not the good stuff hes done for millions of people. i really dont believe he did those things to children. ppl shouldnt make judgements based on circulated media, because you won't know the whole story. you will only know one fraction of the story if its true.
