As Jon Gosselin prepares to face TLC in court over their breach-of-contract suit, Michael Lohan reveals to X17online that he also breached a contract with Star reporter Kate Majors that cost her her job.

In an e-mail, Michael tells us:

"I am in the midst of traveling, and it was just brought to my attention that Mark Heller has tried to dismiss the credibility and legality of the "prommisory" note Jon Gosselin wrote for/to Kate Major.

To begin with, any educated attorney will concur that a hand written note or even a verbal promise, are legally binding.

Once more, I was there when Jon promised to employ Kate if she resigned from her position at The Star Magazine. Not only did my fiance', Erin Muller and I, tell Kate not to do this, but we questioned Jon on his intentions.

Not only did Jon express his scincerity as related to hiring Kate, but he also confided in me that his intentions to have a relationship with Kate, were true. He told me that he was going to leave Hailey, and nutrture a relationship with Kate Major.
Since this time, Jon has violated the trust of every person in our circle that he has met. Moral obligations, financial arrangements and even personal promises, have been broken, with hope that he would better benifit himself.

Proof enough is that after I, personally, brought him to Michael and Mark Heller, he has kept me out of the loop and has not disclosed many of the money making promotions and projects he has contracted, through Michael Heller or me.
I have recorded conversations of Jon, Mark, Michael, myself and others, negotiating deals for Jon and even committing to projects.

There was even a written book deal for 90 days, which Jon and Mark breached in 30.
The point of the matter is, Jon Gosselin and his representation have lied, cheated and deceived the people around them, who were there for him the most. And if push comes to shove, I have plenty of evidence to prove it.

Thank God, that when I felt I was being lied to or deceived, I recorded my conversations, to prove my case. People can knock me all they want, but facts are facts, and it's hard to deny what is said. If need be, you will hear the TRUTH!"

Both Michael Lohan and Kate Majors will be deposed in the case against Jon which begins December 14th, and it looks like they've got plenty of evidence to prove TLC's case!

In yet another taped phone call between Michael Lohan and his ex-wife Dina, Lindsay's mom reveals that Lilo's a cutter!

After Michael pleads with Dina to help him get through to his daughter in a new recording released by Radar Online, saying he's the one person who represents her bad behavior, Dina responds, "Her cutting herself and hurting herself? It's bad, Michael, it's bad."

Dina then admits that she feels like Lindsay's in a dire situation, where something bad is bound to happen. "I know it's gonna happen," Dina says. "If something happens I will feel that it's all your fault, that's how I will feel, it's not about me."

"And I'll feel that it's everybody else's fault," Michael responds.

Regardless of whose "fault" it is, these tapes have painted a surprising picture of two parents who care deeply about their troubled daughter, and are at wits' end about how to deal with her.

At this point, can anyone get through to Lindsay?

Michael Lohan may have to drop the dime on Divorced Dad's Club Member Jon Gosselin for TLC's breach of contract suit.

E! reports that the net has a lengthy list of people that include Lohan, Hailey Glassman and others who may have engaged or overheard Jon in negotiations for other projects.

Such talks would constitute a breach-of-contract, as Jon's agreement with TLC would prohibit any negotiations while he was still under contract with the net.

Jon also could be in major trouble for his paid appearances on Entertainment Tonight and The Insider, as those also go against his TLC deal.

Uh-oh, sounds like Jon could be in a heap of trouble!

These two have been at each other's throats for years, but over the past week, it seems like there's been a virtual bitch slap exchanged between Michael and Lindsay Lohan every hour on the hour.

Michael told X17online exclusively that he planned to kidnap Lindsay and force her into rehab, then Lindsay said she was getting a restraining order against her "lunatic" father, a few days later Michael released some tapes of Lindsay having a meltdown, Lindsay called him a loser, then Michael released a recording of Dina, and yesterday Linds tweeted that her dad abused substances and threatened to kill Dina! We can hardly keep up!

Fortunately, Lindsay has been using Twitter as a way to get her statements across, but this has gotten so out of hand, we're not really sure what's going to happen next - maybe Michael really is going to abduct his daughter and send her to boot camp!

In an interview today, Michael responded to Lindsay's last tweet, in which she said she hasn't "had a real relationship" with him in years:

"That's a lie. I guess Lindsay is on more drugs than I thought to say something like that … No wonder why God is taking her entire career away from her. Because she's forsaken everything He's given her and she's done nothing but misuse all the gifts she's given."

Once Lindsay wakes up from her late night of partying in Hollywood, I'm sure she'll have a mini Twitter essay for us to read! But what will she say this time?

Another day, another Lindsay Lohan phone recording.

The latest excerpt has a rather distraught Dina Lohan chatting with Michael about her failed attempts to get Lindsay into a rehabilitation program. Lindsay's mother is heard saying:

"She's really sad and really hurt and really...despondent. She's been through a lot Michael, she's just a little girl. I told her not to go to L.A. at 18...she did. I couldn't leave these other three to go get her and it was, like, a mess.

And I'd go...you don't even know what I'd go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff - she'd punch me in the face, kick me out of the car...like you don't know the sh*t I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult."

While Michael's goal in releasing the tapes seems to be a desperate cry to save his daughter, this recording makes Dina sound like a concerned parent as well, so perhaps the feuding parents need a third party to step in and save Lindsay?

The drama never ends for Lindsay Lohan! Whether it's erratic Tweets about Samantha or her father, LiLo's life just can't seem to calm down.

We reported earlier that Lindsay and Dina plan to move forward with lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley in filing a restraining order against Michael Lohan... but is this the best decision for all parties involved?

Maybe Michael Lohan shouldn't have released those recorded phone calls, but I think we can all agree Linds needs a little help. I mean, right? It's time to pick sides!

The conflict between Lindsay and her dad is heating up!

Meanwhile, Lindsay's off in Morocco after being invited to the opening of the new One & Only Mazagan hotel with her boy toy Petey.

Umm-OMFG! I was walking ahead of Patrick with the security guard&some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car&pointed a GUN at me! I was on the phone w/my mum&i screamed and ducked&the guy started laughing&pushed the trigger&it was a fake gun..I was crying..he scared me :(

Yikes! Stay safe over there, Linds! Maybe heading back to the US for rehab would be safer? ...

After seeing the report that his daughter Lindsay (with the help of mom Dina) is planning to take out a restraining order against him, Michael Lohan spoke exclusively to X17online about the situation, telling us he fears for Lindsay's health, and he demands that she return to rehab ASAP!

Michael tells X17online exclusively:

...And now that Lindsay and Dina continue to lie and deny her problems, and even make up stories about me, NOW, you will see and hear Lindsay's calls and texts TOO! I am NOT the liar, they are, and now everyone will know. Hopefully then, they will realize how deceptive and in denial they are, and finally realize that lying and denial are part of their addictions. That's right, I said THEIR, and you all know what I mean! RIGHT DINA!?

Last night The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Nene Leakes and Michael Lohan appeared on The Insider to discuss parenting, among other things, and the outspoken reality TV star repeatedly blasted Lindsay's dad for being a "toxic parent."

Michael attempted to defend himself, telling Nene he feared for his daughter's safety, but she wasn't having it. Nene looked like she was about to explode when she said, "Do not make me come after you ... I will eat you alive!" Lohan looked like he had had enough, as he removed his earpiece and walked away from the camera, but he still wants to set the record straight. Michael tells X17online exclusively:

"How can Ne Ne slam me for being toxic when she was an exotic dancer, had several known affairs, had her house foreclosed on and had two cars repossessed? I am trying to save my daughter's life. And if people deny it, call me a liar or knock me, I will prove them wrong. Starting NOW!"

Michael certainly seems to have Lindsay's best interest at heart, but can he alone save the troubled starlet? And what's Dina going to do to help with this mess?

What LiLo really needs right now is a little help from her parents... but which one? Father Michael is speaking out again about his troubled daughter.

He tells the following to X17online.com:

"Please get this out. Dina can attack me and say whatever she wants, but when she makes statements like, 'I need to focus on being a parent,' I think she needs to reach deep inside herself, get out of HER state of denial and be a parent herself. I am taking LEGAL proactive steps, Dina. What are you doing beside lying, making excuses and putting Ali in the same position YOU put Lindsay in. Shall I even begin to play all the tapes of our many conversations about how Lindsay needs intervention, what a good father I am, and how you always loved me. Do you want Linds or your EX boyfriend to hear them? Use that loser David all you want. Your comments and sources don't work. Be a REAL parent, the one you were when we were married and let's save our daughter and give her her life back."

Your move, Dina.

Michael Lohan is trying to save his daughter... and at this point, we're behind him. Lindsay needs it!

LiLo's father tells the following to X17online exclusively:

"I'm going to see the judge this week - I can't believe they didn't drug test Lindsay when she went into court. If I can't get a conservatorship, then I'm going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I'm gonna get charged w/ kidnapping. Lindsay doesn't even know; she thinks she's herself but with all these prescription drugs and other stuff."

Poor guy. He's clearly just a dad that can't stand to see what's happened to his daughter...

These two would definitely provide some entertainment in the ring!

Lindsay's father, who is in the Celebrity Boxing Federation, tells Us: "They asked me if Jon [Gosselin] would fight, so I went up to Pennsylvania to visit him." Unfortunately, the reality star declined. Boo to that!

The duo also discussed their reality show, The Divorced Dads Club, and Michael said the following about Jon's kids: "They are the most adorable children and they love him very much and he loves them."

Would you watch these two dads on their own show together? I don't think Kate Gosselin or LiLo would!

It seems obvious to everyone (except for Dina) that Lindsay is in serious trouble of some sort. But her father, Michael Lohan, is drawing criticism for the way he's spoken out publicly about his daughter's need for help.

Michael told X17online last night that he will continue to call attention to her problems, as it may be the only way to get her the help she needs.

"Thanks for helping me to bring more attention to this horrible and heartbreaking situation. I want to say however, that part of this pinnacle was when I saw pix of Akon and others groping at my daughter when she seemed to be in an defenseless state. After all she has been through and how she has been taken advantage of for so long and in so many ways, a father never wants to see his child in situations like that. And any father who says otherwise is a liar. I will never overlook any violation of someone I love."

Dina told The Post that she doesn't approve of the way that Michael's been speaking out about his troubled daughter, saying he's "making things up." Ummm, have ya seen her lately, Dina? There's no doubt she needs help.

Dina went on to say, "I've had full custody of all my children for the last 10 years. He has been incarcerated for some of that time, so whatever is going on in Lindsay's personal life is our business. And for him getting paid to say things about her when he's five months behind in child support is wrong."

When asked what Michael's referring to when he talked about Lilo's issues, Dina replied, "I have no idea what he is talking about. I can't comment on everything my ex says." Perhaps if Dina spent more time as a parent and less time on her shoe collection, she'd have an "idea of what he's talking about!"

In response to Dina's public criticism of how her ex speaks to the press (hypocrite, much?), Michael told us:

"I'm not going to get into a mud slinging contest with Dina. What I said was and is the truth and, for good reason, we should all be concerned. Lindsay is our daughter and her health and well being should come first.

I never get paid for the statements I make, and I am not estranged from Lindsay. Maybe she is angry with me, for good reason, but when she has a problem and needs help, she calls me right away. Such was the case when she was robbed, along with a number of other situations.

As far as child support, I am not 5 months behind, and as a matter of fact, I give Dina and my children money that isn't even part of my child support payments. For Dina to say something like this, isn't it exactly what she said I should do? The difference is, I am not slamming anyone or airing dirty laundry, instead, I am taking a pro-active stance to help and possibly save my child.

I have nothing bad to say about Dina. The time I was married to her she was a great mother. As far as I am concerned, we need to take steps to bring Lindsay back to the person she was before the 'Doctor Feel Goods' and so called addiction specialists, got involved and changed her life. If anyone,they are the ones who need to be exposed, investigated and prosecuted."

Previously, Michael compared Lindsay to Britney, whose life is back on track after a familial intervention...but now he's saying her situation could be closer to Jacko's or Anna Nicole's...let's just hope she gets the help she needs before she ends up like one of them!

Lindsay's friends have frequently been called "bad influences" on the troubled starlet over the years, but is someone close to her really responsible for yesterday's robbery?

It's no secret that Lindz has been out of town, working in Austin and relaxing in New York (in fact she even broadcast her specific location on Twitter last week), so anyone could have known that Lilo wasn't at home, but the fact that the alarm was conveniently left off definitely suggests that the removal of a safe containing thousands of dollars of jewelry was an inside job.

With this being the second robbery in three months, we have to wonder who's targeting Lindsay...and why?

After informing us yesterday that he would stop at nothing to protect his daughter, today Michael Lohan had this to say:

"I am coming into town to work with private investigators in order to gather evidence which will be turned over to LAPD and the detectives assigned to the case.

This time, these evildoers will be caught. If we are fortunate, we just might find out who the culprits were from the other thefts as well. My children are not going to be subject to violations of this, or any kind, any longer. Especially when the always give to others, and it seems some of these very individuals are the ones behind these crimes. Dina and I are finished with this nonsense."

If nothing else, this robbery at least seems to be bringing the Lohan family together.

Poor Linds - she just can't catch a break!

The actress arrived home early this morning to find her Hollywood Hills home broken into... what was stolen? Primarily a huge safe (that had expensive jewelry inside) which was ripped off the wall!

LiLo's father Michael Lohan gives us a full report below:

"Thank GOD they weren't home when this happened!

Lindsay called me frantically this morning when she arrived home - ironically someone set the alarm to 'off,' and it wasn't Lindsay who was supposed to set it. They have security video of three people robbing the house; one of the guys was smoking a cigarette and left it in the house. I'm asking for a DNA and fingerprint test on the cig...

Someone who was around Lindsay, or who knew of Lindsay's itinerary, had to be responsible for this. It's horrible that people are violating her in so many ways, either taking money from her or literally robbing her. It's ridiculous!

This is a personal violation. She gives presents to people, takes care of people and pays everyone so well - and this isn't the first time she's been robbed. Lindsay had a $300,000 watch robbed already, and it's definitely the people around her.

I'm not going to stop on this. Hopefully the LAPD will do a full investigation, but I'm not going to stop until we find out who did this..."

Damn! Crazy story. We feel bad for Linds, of course, but how is it that the alarm was set to off???

Jon Gosselin's not the only member of the Divorced Dads Club...looks like his new BFF Michael Lohan wants in on the action too, and hey, he's certainly got enough family drama to bring some meaty material to the table!

We already broke the news that Jon was looking to pitch a new reality show called Divorced Dads Club, and since he's been hanging out with daddy Lohan in the Hamptons, it looks like the two famous fathers are cooking up a plan to get their own show together!

In an exclusive statement to X17online, Michael says:

It's quite obvious that because Dina doesn't have her spotlight, she needs to do whatever she can to find her spot. Just because Jon Gosselin and I have been seen in the press. Dina used her old buddy, David Caplan, to try to cast a shadow by once again lying.

This time it's about child support. Even though I pay thousands on our kids expenses. But because the cash is not run through the system, Dina get's creative and manipulates situations to make herself look good. Does she ever talk about the judgements against her or the money she owes? No! The hundreds of thousands to my mom, sister, cousin and brother, he contractor. The public needs to know what divorced dads deal with. How there kids are used as pawns and how they are made to look so bad.

There are too many shows that focus on women when men try to do what's right. suffer, are slandered and get the short end of the stick. I have talked about the tapes and recordings long enough. Now it's time for people to know the truth.

The 2009 Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at the Blue Star Jets Field in Bridgehampton saw a lot of reality star action this Saturday - Jon Gosselin? Present! LiLo's dad Michael? Present! Not to mention Lohan's fiancee Erin, as well as entertainment attorney Mike Heller and Endemol's Charlie Walk... talk about an odd group!

But where were Jon's (alleged) girlfriends???

Actually, Mr. Gosselin was alone - no Kate Major in sight! A source tells X17online Xclusively that "he's flying solo for a while."

Sounds like a good idea to me!
