Could Dina be in debt or have judgements against her because she's supporting those kids on her own? Unless the money goes through the "system" it's considered a gift and not court ordered child support. Usually if someone is paying the kids or parent directly with cash or gifts they are not paying the full amount as ordered. Pay your child support through the system as ordered Mr. Lohan and maybe people will stop refering to you as a dead beat daddy!
