poor thing...to know that she is now her daughters only parent....to have to pretend to be happy around her daughter so that she doesn't end up even more traumatized by this whole tragic event...plus all the little things that will now change and be required of her....continued interaction with heath's family (whom she may/may not have previously had a good relationship with and who will be a constant reminder to her of her late fiance) so they can visit with matilda...etc etc....so sad. i really feel badly for her.

I hope the media will give her privacy and let her mourn. You know I have never seen 2 people look at each other the way these 2 looked at each other. It was serious love!!! Sadly I think it was substance abuse that broke them up (Heath looked like he aged like 10 yrs in the last yr or so) so you know she still loved him deeply, and vice versa... but love can't always win over. Give her her time she needs. Her life has been turned upside down and will take years and years for her to recover. Please leave her be. RIP Heath.

Just because relationships end, doesn't mean people don't still love one another. Things happen in life that tear us apart. Death is unforgiving and I am sure Ms. Williams is heartbroken over Mr. Ledger's untimely passing. They have a beautiful child together. That child looks so much like her father that every time Ms. Williams looks at her I am sure she must see him . Let this young woman and Mr. Ledgers family grieve in private. Allow them the process that any one of us that are not in the spotlight take for granted at a time like this. My heart goes out to both Williams and The Ledger Family.

X17 you're heartless. It's just a movie. She should take care of herself and her daughter first. She's still very young but Matilda must know something is wrong since she hasn't seen her father in awhile.

Even though they were never married, the daughter will be a major part of the financial arrangements! She is the direct heir to her dead father, as such she will possibly inherit a vast amount of money, her father did not appear to have a lavish lifestyle, so the amount should be sizable. Her mother may not be so fortunate, unless he provided for her, she may just be the executor of her child's finances. In any event, she will be busy settling his affairs, no doubt with a lot of input from his parents, after all they are the grandparents. If she has good, caring, lawyers she'll be back to work before long!

why any of what Michelle Williams is going through is ANYONE's business is beyond me. What sick freaks X17 is to even suggest that she "hurry her grieving process". Sick X17. She's a beautiful actress who has lost her soulmate, and the father of her young child. She needs as much time as possible to heal and the media needs to leave her the fuck alone.

While it is very sad for Heath to have died so young, he brought it on himself for abusing drugs. He should've tried to stop, esp after his daughter was born. Maybe he did. We'll never know. I'm sorry for his family and Michelle. And hopefully Matilda's still very young and she won't be affected by this longterm.
