Rourke Skips Court For New York
In light of the fact that he's currently fighting tooth and nail to have a DUI charge overturned, Mickey Rourke wasn't with his lawyers in Miami yesterday - he was with his stupendously hot girlfriend in New York City!
Mickey appeared nonchalant about the court proceedings going on in Miami, sticking out his tongue, playing with a dog, and smiling at the cameras.
Of course, earlier that day, Mickey's laywers reportedly demonstrated that "the control test done on the machine [on which Rourke's blood-alcohol test had been administered] showed that it malfunctioned on that test."
Sounds like Mickey had some good news to celebrate!
And hey, he ended up taking a cab anyway!
