Wow. This is a kid. A KID. Riding her bike in her neighborhood. Do you have kids? Do they ride their bikes? How would you like a bunch of adults chasing your kid in their car while she rides her bike with her friend?
Where the hell is this child's bodyguard? How do you justify chasing a CHILD through a neighborhood on her bike? Yea, she's laughing and having a good time. But, so was Britney.

And as for the role model thing with the helmet, NO ONE WEARS A HELMET IF YOU'RE A TEENAGER. NO ONE. I know kids who ride around my street and no kid wears a helmet. When the Jonas Brothers were riding bikes, they never wore helmets. NO one said anything THAT time. This girl has TONS of fans. 3-18 year olds.
