How Many Laws Are Being Broken Here?!?

Miley Cyrus

We spotted Miley and Justin biking to their favorite diner in Toluca Lake today, and of course, doting dad Billy Ray followed behind with the dogs.

As a parent, Billy Ray should know that it's against the law for anyone under 18 to ride a bike in California without a helmet. He should also know that 18 is the age of consent in The Golden State as well. Just sayin'!

Do you think the rules should be different for a teen star?

Who cares. People just sit back and let the government tale away our freedoms day in and day out. One day it will be too late to do anthing about it. What we need is a revolution. It WILL happen one day. Everyone should mind their OWN business instead of someone elses.

What do you expect from a father that rides a motorcycle without a helmet. I guess they all think they are above the law!

Here's a thought. Why don't you just post photos without any boring comments?

Gag me with a child molester.

Dear X17 - Please stop trying to make Miley into your next trainwreck. She isn't Britney. Never will be.

They may think they are above the law, but these hillbillys can think again. The kid and her perv are yesterday's news. Miley is already used up and spent, just like myself at 37.

FREEDOM OF CHOICE, people ! Once you lose it (or give it up) it's gone forever. She is NOT a 2 year old ! Let HER decide if SHE wants to wear a freakin' helmet or not!

Don't you just love how people think THEY have the right to tell you what you should do ? You would think people could tend to their OWN lives and decide what is best for THEM. People need to mind their OWN business and stay out of other people's lives.

it amazes me that this completely average faced girl with her jacked up teeth and mouth full of spit when she talks, and with no talent what-so-ever, (can't act, can't sing, can't play decent music)is in the public arena. She needs to get down on her hands and knees and thank the "gods" at the Disney Corporation. Not to mention all the gullible pablum feed 7-12 year old tweens. I hope this stupid girl realizes that no matter WHO Disney chose to play Hanna Montana, they would be the one in her place. It has nothing to do with her. She is just very lucky that's all.

Shouldn't she be in school??

Posted by: Sami

oh my god.. like people don't have anything better to do with their time than figure out EVERYTHING that a celebrity is doing wrong. Please people.. get over it, it's really NOT that big of a deal

Posted by: Anonymous

It SO is a big deal. Laws are there to protect people if they weren't needed then we'd have no need for jails too. DUH! NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!

This part is optional!
