First came Hannah Montana. Then Billy Ray Cyrus' golden child (born Destiny Hope) was invited to the Oscars. Then came the Vanity Fair scandal, followed by YouTube wars with fellow Disney tweens, flashing LiLo's peace sign 24/7 and a May-December romance with an underwear model. And now? Ms. Miley Cyrus has been nominated for a Golden Globe!
2008 was a controversial year for the 16-year-old superstar, but we think she handled herself quite well. Plus, she actually has a fun and feisty personality and we totes love that!
Think 2009 will be an easier year for her?
