It's hard to get rid of cellulite. Sometimes it's genetic. I'm a five time marathoner and I still have cellulite. Given how naturally thin she already is I would hazard to guess her cellulite would be near impossible to get rid of by working out.

I recently saw a photo of Courtney Cox in a bikini. She looked awesome, healthy, toned, but she did have a little cellulite on the back of her ass. But, because her body is so slamming, it really is not an issue. In fact, it made her look a little more interesting with this flaw. The problem with this pic is that she is untoned and flabby. If she was to get in the gym, this would not be so obvious. No matter how you look at it, she could fix this with a little hard work.

I was a ballerina for years, I was 5'8 and weighed 105-110, and I still had a little cellulite, but I wore clothes that didn't accentuate it, and being in shape helps people not notice it. People are more likely to notice the muscles instead of the cellulite. Cellulite happens to even the most in-shape people. Cellulite fat cells are molecularly different than other fat cells and very hard to get rid of. She needs to work out, to bring definition to her muscles, and wear better clothes that don't bring attention to her backside.

Yes, exercise is healthy, I do it, everyone I kow does it and I'm sure Mischa Barton does too. But Exercise isn't a miracle cure for cellulite, it may help but so does exfoliating and cocoa butter. Some people are just predispositioned to have cellulite and you can't gather from just looking at somebody whether or not they exercise. It was wrong of X17 to assume that she doesn't exercise and it was wrong to insult her in the first place, she's a talented actress. Who cares?
And I'm pretty sure you would find a fair few people who would like to have Mischa Barton's body. I know I wouldn't mind it!
And also, where did I say that exercise wasn't necessary? There's a difference bewteen doing a little exercise to keep in shape (i.e. swimming/dancing) and being a slave to the gym. Not everyone wants to go for an intense work out everyday. It's not even necessary, 20 minutes of light exercise everyday is considered to be healthy.
