Well, no need to guess - it's Mischa Barton and Cisco Adler (again?)! We spotted the happy couple at a gas station as he loaded up on fuel and she loaded up on coffee. Given the announcement of their breakup just last week, we were a little surprised to catch the pair so openly together, but what can we say - the kids are (ahem) nuts about each other!
