Mischa Charged On Four Counts Related To DUI

Mischa Barton was charged with four criminal counts yesterday, related to her DUI arrest in December:

one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher
one count of being an unlicensed driver
one count of possession of marijuana

A hearing has been set for February 28.

When she initially got popped the media said it was a bad time for her to get busted because she was in the middle of multiple projects. I was supprised to here that as I though her 15 minutes were up. I think she may have made that up.

Little late with the charges. Still most will be dropped they'll only bust her on one and even still she won't do any time.
