Better question...who buys that much food at City Bakery at one time? It's not like a gorcery store. Haha. Maybe she wanted to deal with the paparazzi only once this week. So she stocked up on pretzel croissants, baker's muffins, and giant chocolate chip cookies. Post baby binge?
