She is an actress, not a model Chickie. She is certainly not a paparazzi seeking actress. She is grocery shopping not bar hopping. Give her a break. Actresses play everyday people, and OH MY GOSH! some actually ARE everyday people. From what I recall, Naomi Watts has always been thin. Some of us are, sorry to break it to you.
