His Father was Viscount Portman then on his death the title went to his elder brother. He's actually fairly attractive in person - your pictures suck. Considering he's from a multi billion aristocratic old english family I think it's admirable that his family welcomed Natalia with open arms. ok, everyone, who knows who natalia is, knows that she's married. She's been married ofr 6 years. Since Justin rarely makes public appearances, I thikn X17 did mean he was oldish looking.
