Nick has a great work ethic. He owns a baseball team and is a part owner of a basketball team and a restaurant. He's producing a tv show for MTV. His new single is coming out soon and his new album is coming out in January. He just hosted High School Musical, Get In the Picture. I think that way more than you or me.

Nick is a really great guy. I know, because I've talked on the phone with him. The man next to him was the director of his choir on "Clash of the Choirs", and was in L.A. on business. They were just catching up with each other for lunch. Steve Zegree arranged the vocal parts for 1 song on Nick's new CD, which Team Lachey will be joining in on. :)
