Does Nicky Want A Petit Tresor?!

Nicky Hilton went shopping in Hollywood yesterday, and while it's pretty much a daily routine for her, stopping by Petit Tresor certainly isn't! We're pretty sure Nicky's not preggers, but you never know - especially with the sudden baby boom in Tinsletown, anything is possible! Then again, she's probably just browsing the luxury children's store for someone she knows...



...but who could it be?! Think a certain blonde heiress might be on their way to having an heir to their own throne?
