Nicky Gets Risky!
Nicky Hilton made a stop at a local gas station yesterday afternoon, and we're not sure if she stole this dress from her big sister or from a children's clothing store, but she sure is showing a lot of skin! I mean, look at the way that thing fits...who knew Nicky owned such a dangerous outfit?
I mean, the cut on the armholes is a little weird, right?
